Are you organized, customer-focused, and passionate about helping others create unforgettable experiences? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Travel Support Specialist.
In this remote role, you will assist travelers with exploring vacation options, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring important trip details are handled accurately. From relaxing resort stays and cruise vacations to family getaways and international travel experiences, you'll help clients navigate the planning process with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and organizing personalized travel experiences
Help coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Share destination information, travel insights, and vacation recommendations
Support travelers throughout the reservation and planning process
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
Work with supplier partners to confirm availability and finalize travel arrangements
Monitor booking updates, itinerary changes, and travel confirmations
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Stay informed about industry developments, destination updates, and special promotions
Deliver responsive, professional service designed to create a positive client experience
What We're Looking For
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, or client support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and online tools

Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
