Role Summary

Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and creating positive experiences? We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Customer Care Travel Specialist.

In this role, you will serve as a valuable resource for travelers by assisting with vacation planning, answering questions, coordinating travel details, and ensuring clients receive outstanding support throughout their journey. Whether clients are planning a beach escape, cruise vacation, family holiday, destination event, or international adventure, you'll help make the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing exceptional service in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Kay Responsibilities

  • Assist travelers with exploring destinations and vacation opportunities
  • Help clients evaluate travel options based on their interests, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and vacation packages
  • Provide timely updates and support throughout the travel planning process
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
  • Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and booking information
  • Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and industry developments
  • Deliver professional, attentive service that promotes client satisfaction and trust

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer care, hospitality, travel, tourism, sales, or support-related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Comfortable using online systems, digital tools, and communication platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
  • Positive, professional, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
